Are you ready to lead, or still holding back?
This 9-month programme is designed for farmers and community members who care about their catchment and want to lead with more confidence. This isn’t about turning you into someone you’re not. It’s about backing the leader that’s already there.
What’s involved?
9-month programme (starting w/c 27 April 2026)
One in-person day per month (Stratford, approx. 9:30am–3:30pm)
4 individual coaching sessions across the programme
